- The incident occurred at one mile from the start of the journey, which probably was a return journey to the base. The driver was making a left turn when the trailer disconnected from the tractor mid way through a turn, sliding off the road and overturning. Some of the tubes moved within the structure of the trailer. There was not a release of hydrogen due to the accident itself.
