A chronological summary of the accident:
15:18 Hydrogen filling station test begins (23rd on the day of the incident, 130th test overall)
15:51 Immediately after the completion of the filling test, a worker could see on the monitoring screen in the administration building that the pressure in the filling hose had suddenly dropped. In addition, a whoosh sound was heard near the filling hose, so a portable hydrogen gas leak detector was used to check the area around the filling hose and confirmed that there was a hydrogen leak.
16:00 The equipment manually shut down.
16:00-16:10 Confirmed that there were no injuries. Inspected the equipment and confirmed that there were no other abnormalities.
6:10~16:50 Confirmed that hydrogen was leaking from the dispenser side connection of the filling hose (hose part).
17:00 First report sent to the local administration in charge.
