Description
A truck was traveling on a highway carrying three hydrogen pallets. When trying to pass a vehicle ahead, the driver moved too far to the right, causing the wheels to hitting a snow-covered roadside ditch. The vehicle lost balance and overturn. One of the cartridges fell due to the impact, and both the vehicle and the cartridge were burned.
