Description
An explosion occurred in the transformation section of a fertiliser manufacturer, resulting in 8 deaths and 3 injuries.
A leak in the secondary pipeline of the 1st conversion system, and caused the release and ignition of combustible gas (mainly carbon monoxide, hydrogen, etc.) resulting in a space explosion. The ignition source was possibly static electricity generated by the emission of the gases.
