15:18 Hydrogen filling station test begins (23rd on the day of the incident, 130th test overall)
15:51 Immediately after the completion of the filling test, a worker could see on the monitoring screen in the administration building that the pressure in the filling hose had suddenly dropped. In addition, a whoosh sound was heard near the filling hose, so a portable hydrogen gas leak detector was used to check the area around the filling hose and confirmed that there was a hydrogen leak.
